Instead of using a vendor brochure, where everything on the brochure comes from one source, we go to multiple vendors and select what we believe to be the best of the best.

Brochure Concept
WE OFFER THREE BROCHURES IN ONE. First, Celebrate
America can be offered as a 12-page shopper brochure that includes
a wide variety of cheese, chocolates, jewelry, candles, cards and gifts. Second, it can be a 4-page
home delivery friendly
brochure by using only the outer layer. Third, it can be an 8-page
made in
the USA brochure by using the outer two layers.
WE USE THE ENTIRE BROCHURE TO SELL PRODUCT. This includes
the front and back cover. Do your schools teach conservation and efficient
use of resources? Then point out the wasted space on other brochures. After all,
does the customer make a purchase decision based on the embossing of the front
cover? Nope. In fact, look behind that embossed cover and see how it negatively
impacts the product behind the cover.
DESIGNED WITH ORDER FORM IN MIND. We use only multi-part, catalog order takers and often personalize them prior to the kick-off. When we
do that, it is helpful when the order form is inserted into the brochure, that the seller name can be seen. For most Day Cares,
Elementary Schools and even some Middle Schools, we use WinUltra to enter the class roster and print personalized order forms. The
front of the brochure is cut to expose the name on the order form. That makes it easy to pass out personalized packets to the students.
NOT ALL HOLIDAY. Do your early groups tell you your brochure
is "too" Christmasy -- that they are not ready for (or do not even want) the holiday look? 75% of our brochure is non-seasonal.
GOOD FOR SPRING. Our original thought was to remove the
holiday insert at the end of the year, but we actually have some people interested in using it. But, for Easter we can remove the
holiday insert and use a single sheet flyer to add some bunnies and eggs.
MORE DESIGNS, BUT FEWER OF EACH. Suppliers pay big bucks to purchase artists' designs, and to get the most for their money, they
use that same design on a wide variety of items. Instead of using an entire page or two to show several items with one design, we pick the
best from the best and pick one or two of a design instead of six or eight.
NON VENDOR-SPECIFIC FOOD SHOTS. We do not use specialty food or chocolate items that can only come from one vendor. We stay
with the proven chocolate types: peanut butter, caramels, peanut clusters, pecan clusters, almond bark, fudge, and more . . .
VARIETY OF PRODUCT TYPES. We have items for men, women,
kids and more.

Let us be your Total Service Provider
Whether you come from a big-company background, or just want to get away from all the

Customize your own variation (F'03/S'04)
We are a relatively small fundraising distributor. And, perhaps just like you, we are always looking for ways to
do things the "big boys" do without the extra expense of doing them in smaller quantities.
We are currently discussing with our brochure-design experts ways they can make "drop in" changes for
you on our basic brochure design and print for significantly less than you would be able to go out and have designed from scratch.
First, if you are interested, email John@QDPCorp
and let him know so he can keep you more personally up to date on this project.
