TELEform Form Designer
The TELEform Form Designer allows you to quickly create and convert existing forms for easy data and document capture. It is a point-and-click application that features layout tools specifically designed to help you implement your forms and projects in 75% less time over products that require manual configuration.
On each created form are four fixed cornerstones and a special form ID. The fixed cornerstones allow TELEform to accurately process the data even if it becomes skewed or distorted from printers or faxes. The special form ID tells TELEform what to do with the information - store it, process it, etc.
Existing forms can easily imported in two steps: 1. scan in a blank copy of the form and 2. use the design wizards in Designer to define each field.
