How to Get Your Overstocks Added

This is not a free list, please call or email john@qdpcorp.com for pricing information.

Email sara@qdpcorp.com a spreadsheet (Excel, Quatro Pro, etc) with the following information in columns:

Item Number Preferably the actual item number and not the designator if they are different. If the number begins with a zero (0), please format the cell to be text and then type the number so the zero will be a part of the number.
Description The name of the item
Quantity Available Units please
Price Each Optional - or use the discount
Discount % off the list price
Vendor  

Along with the above information, please provide the following:

Company Name
Contact Name
Phone Number
Fax Number
Email Address
Comments - use this to indicate terms

We will update all lists at the end of each business day.  If you need to update your list, please provide us with your current overstock list.  We will DELETE the list you provided previously and REPLACE it with the new list you send.

Brochure Overstocks

We will soon be listing Overstocked Brochures and a Brochures Needs list.  If you have or need brochures, please send a spreadsheet with the following information:

Brochure Number If applicable
Description The name of the brochure
Quantity Units please
Vendor  

Be sure to specify whether these are OVERSTOCK BROCHURES or NEEDED BROCHURES in the email.  Be sure to include your contact information listed above.

Needs List

Do you need a particular item or brochures?  Send a spreadsheet to sara@qdpcorp.com with the following information:

Item Number Preferably the actual item number and not the designator if they are different.
Description The name of the item/brochure
Quantity Needed Units please
Vendor  

Be sure to specify in the email that these items are NEEDED.  Be sure to include your contact information listed above.

Sending Email

We will not spend time explaining how to attach files and send email.  Your email program should have instructions on attaching files.  If not, here is a basic overview:

  1. Create a spreadsheet with the information listed above.  When saving it, be sure to note where it is being saved.
  2. In your email program, create a new email message.  Enter sara@qdpcorp.com into the To: field.  Enter an appropriate subject (Company Name overstock list, needs list, etc).  You can enter your contact information in the body of the email if it is not in the spreadsheet.
  3. Insert an attachment.  Your email program should have a button or a menu option that you can select to insert a file.  Sometimes there is a picture of a paperclip.  It should bring up a dialog box.  In the Look in: drop-down box, navigate to the location where you saved your spreadsheet.  You may need to check that All Files *.* is select under the Files of Type drop-down box at the bottom of the window.  Once you have found your file, double-click on it. 
  4. There may be another step here depending on your program, but you should be able to click Send and your email should be on its way.
