What Is Holiday Shop Software?

For two decades, QDP has provided the industry standard software for tallying fundraising orders. That program, we call WinUltra, includes a module for managing your Holiday Shops. We’ve heard from enough fundraising distributors who do only holiday shops and not brochure fundraising – and WinUltra Holiday Shop Lite is our answer.

How Does It Help?

Maintain Your Inventory.

Enter your inventory one time. That item can be used in or excluded from any number of variations of your “kit”.

  • Order Product and know what is On Order.
  • Receive Merchandise when it arrives and know what is On Hand.
  • Build a kit for a group and know what is Committed.
  • Deliver Merchandise and quantities move from On Hand / Committed to Sold.
  • Account for Re-Orders and Returns to have an always up to date account.

Build Your Kit(s)

Similarly to the way brochure fundraisers take their inventory to build any number of different brochures, you can build your one kit – or customize a kit for every group.

If you work with the one kit idea, you can change quantities of individual items per group or easily assign a group multiple “kits”.

If you like customization, you can create one “kit” with everything in it and then enter quantities per group. Only items with quantities selected will show up on group paperwork.

Provide Outstanding Reporting for You and Your Groups

The Inventory List is a worksheet for the group to use throughout the event. You can provide additional columns for re-orders and returns. The original printout will be an accounting of what was shipped or delivered, including the cost to the group. Only items included will show on the list. If you run out of an item, it doesn’t show on any group paperwork. That’s powerful. If groups indicate re-orders and account for returns – and send you the paperwork, you can quickly enter those numbers and provide an itemized final bill. At the same time, you are automatically updating your inventory.

You can assign product to different boxes and then print Box Pack Lists to make product check in easy for the volunteers.

Product Listing can be organized by price or by description. You can indicate the group cost, provide two additional mark-up suggestions (including exact or approximate percentage markups) and a place for the group to indicate their selling price.

Price Labels for the Tables can be printed with or without the selling price. If you put your recommended selling price as one of the markups and groups want to use those, you’ve greatly eased the price and pricing confusions of the normal shop.
