How to Proceed: Consulting Agreement

QDP will send an initial report and general estimate upon request at no charge. Due to the nature of the programs involved, helping you through the decision-making process will require considerable time to analyze, educate and explain options.

The purpose of the consulting agreement and fee is to deter the non-serious information-only seeker.

Recommended Steps for Consultation / Decision-making / Installation

1. If initial report and general estimate are acceptable, then the Consultation Agreement is initiated and initial fee requested.
2. QDP will send you 300 order forms and a brochure and ask you to fill them out the way you think your customers will. We will also do a needs analysis so that we can send you a descriptive quote. And we will process the order forms you send and send you the printed results.
3. If you are satisfied with the result of this test, QDP will ask for payment of 25% of the quote price and invite you to QDP to do further hands on testing.
4. Once you determine that you want to proceed with installation, QDP will require an additional 50% payment of the quote amount, order the hardware and software necessary for your installation, enroll you in a 1-3 day training seminar provided by the order form software vendor, enroll you for Cardiff tech support, our tech support and schedule a tentative date for your on-site installation and training.
5. The final 25%, minus the initial fee, is paid and QDP will send someone to your location to install all software and hardware.
