Are you ready to take your fundraising sales from the neighborhood to the nation?  Now you can with our patent-pending WebUltra™ solution.

Once your site is setup with our ecommerce software, you can set up each group online with the brochures that they are selling locally.  At the kickoff, you can give each group their own unique group ID that is used to log on to the system.

Sellers can register online as well.  They simply go to the registration page, enter their group ID, fill out a simple form and then they can email personalized messages to all their friends and family.  The email also includes pre-formatted instructions and the group ID and seller ID that visitors can use to make sure their purchase benefits the right group and seller.

Once online, visitors can shop through the brochures just like they would on any online store.  They place items in their shopping cart and when they "checkout" they can enter either the seller ID provided, or they can enter a group ID and the seller's name if no seller ID was provided.

You will then receive an email informing you that you have an online order.  You process the order and ship it directly to the customer (they have already paid shipping).  Then when the sale is over and you have received all of the order forms and have tallied them, you run a routine that looks at all the online sales.  You select the group you are working with and the program finds the seller (or sellers) in the tally that match the name from the online sale.  You select the correct seller and are then prompted if the seller earned a higher prize.

The File Page, Summary Report, Class/Team Report, Pack Slips, and Envelopes will automatically reflect the online sales information.  Additional Internet Sales reports include:

• Internet Summary Report that lists all items and quantities that were sold online
• Internet Seller Report that  lists all sellers that had online sales and the quantity and retail sold
• Internet Prize Report that lists sellers that earned a higher prize and any sellers that had online sales but no tallied orders

What About Inventory?

You have the option whether or not to update Inventory with Internet sales. If you choose to update Inventory, the items are Committed when you run a printout and Sold when you generate an Invoice.

Sure, there are many options for selling online, but none will give you complete control like WebUltra.  From tallying the orders to taking orders online, you can keep track of everything that happens.  You can choose to process credit cards, take phoned orders, accept mailed checks, etc.  You have full access to the ecommerce program and you can customize it for your individual needs.
