We've all seen it happen. Your largest school has a fundraiser and you go to pick up the orders - to find them all randomly thrown into a box in the office. A distributor's worst nightmare. So you go back to the office and pay someone a day's wages to sort all of the order forms into classes so that they can be entered into the computer. Now that you are a day behind you begin tallying the orders. If only someone would come up with a way to avoid that process. Well, QDP has. Using Random Entry, you setup your group as you normally would. Then you are given a screen to enter the classes. Enter the classes for the group and click Accept. Now, when you tally the orders, you type in the seller's name and select the class from a drop-down box. Forgot to enter a team? No problem, just type it in and it will be added to the box.
