Dot Matrix Printers

8 1/2" x 11" Paper
All reports and labels can be printed to a dot matrix (tractor-feed) printer.  You can choose this with for your school reports, pack slips, invoices, purchase orders . . . and more.  You may want to consider using 2-3 part carbonless paper for your invoices.

14" x 11" Wide-Bar Paper
Some people like to put the school reports (Summary Report and Class/Team Reports) on this larger size of paper.  A suggestion would be to use carbonless 2-part paper so that you can give a copy to the school and keep one for yourself.

1-UP (15/16" x 2 1/2") Label
This label can be used to print Seller, Team, Prize, and Item Pack labels to a dot matrix printer.

5 3/4" x 2 15/16" Label
This larger label can be used to print Collection and Pack Labels to a dot matrix printer.  Even though the larger labels are standard labels, they are not always common and some people have told us they were difficult to find. So we stock them to make them available to you.

Laser/Ink Jet Printers

1" x 4" Laser Address Label
These labels come 2 x 10 on a sheet and can be used to print Seller, Team, Prize, and Item Pack labels to a laser or ink jet printer.  See chart below for standard numbers.

3 1/2" x 4" Laser Shipping Label
These labels come 2 x 3 on a sheet and can be used to print Collection and Pack labels to laser and ink jet printers.

QDP has designed several pieces for use with your WinUltra Order Tally System. These are stocked and available to you from QDP. We do offer volume discounts.

Collection Envelope (2000/case)
Use our envelope as a packing slip and include it with the seller's order. This same piece can also be printed as a personalized or generic pre-pay envelope for inclusion with the order taker when the group is collecting money in advance.*

Collection Envelope with Labels (2000/case)
This envelope combines the features of two separate reports. Instead of printing the collection envelopes, then printing seller labels, then combining them for use in the pre-pack room, the collection envelope with labels gives you the envelope with labels for peeling and affixing to the seller's package. You have the option of printing one of the five labels as a prize label.*

*Currently, envelopes can only be printed to dot matrix printers.

Pack Slips with Labels (2000/case)
As more fundraising companies went to a pre-pay sale, QDP combined the convenience of the pack slip with the seller labels for the individual packages. The Pack Slip with labels includes four labels, with a yellow bar into which we print the seller name . . . to highlight the name for easier distribution. 

Laser Pack Slips with Labels (2000/case)
Our newest custom form is the Laser Pack Slip w/Labels.  It is exactly the same as the original pack slip w/labels but is designed for a laser or inkjet printer instead of a dot matrix.  As we have received many inquiries about this product, we have now made it possible.  Comes in the same case size and price.

Large Adhesive Labels (5000/case) 5 3/4" x 2 15/16"
This large label is a standard, but sometimes not common label that we carry as a stock item. The label has dual purpose and can be printed as a packing label or as a collection label.

Continuous Catalog Forms (1000/case)
If you want to make a great impression, use our Continuous Catalog Order Form (or Generic Order Form) to include with your brochures. By entering a student roster, you can personalize these order forms, including the return date and make checks payable information. The seller's name, as well as the class/team and group name are also identified on the form.
