What is UCollect?
UCollect allows you, the fundraiser, to give your groups a disk that has each student's name, items sold, and amount due on it. the person in charge of the fundraiser can then easily keep track of how much each student turns in for the sale and generate reports to quickly find who owes money and who overpaid.
No longer do you need to hand out a collection sheet for the group to scribble down notes. UCollect will help them be more efficient.
How Does It Work?
UCollect is intended for use much like the Collection Sheet in WinUltra.
After the sale, the distributor tallies the orders in WinUltra. Once the tally is complete, the distributor simply uses a menu option to create a disk to give to the group's chairperson. This disk contains the names of all the participants and the team/class that they belong to.
When the product is dropped off, the distributor hands the disk to the chairperson along with a simple instruction page.
The chairperson can now easily enter the amounts turned in by each seller. No need for a calculator. If a seller brings in money at different times, just enter the amount each time. The chairperson can also run reports to see who has paid in full, who has a balance due, and an overall report.
