File Structure

  • All Files Are in Microsoft® Access Format. In addition to the advantages of having fewer actual files, you can use Access to design additional reports or manipulate data.

Inventory

  • Up to 5 Bin Locations. If you maintain multiple inventories (i.e. packing for multiple distributors) or multiple warehouses, you can keep track of product information. Easily move product from one bin to another.
  • Sortable Columns. Click on any of the column headings to sort data by that column. For example, inventory number, item description, price, etc.
  • Delete Multiple Items in One Step. Select a range to delete.

Files

  • Sortable Columns in Brochures, Prizes or Customer Data.
  • Tiered Pricing. If you offer profit based on sales volume this is great. Can be based on items or dollars. For example, 40% profit up to $10,000, 45% from $10,001 to $20,000, etc. Especially useful for frozen food programs.

Data Entry

  • Address Entry by seller or customer. Used to print address labels for Home Delivery.
  • Phone Number Entry can be used to clarify questions.
  • FREE Product. If you offer a free item from the brochure as part of the prize program, this is easier than double-entering the brochure. Free items are not added to dollar totals for retail or prizes, but does show up on student paperwork and for barcode scanning, and is automatically pulled from inventory.

Internet Reports

  • Requires that you have a web page and information to access that page, including internet address and password - to which you can transfer data. Unless QDP is maintaining your web site, support does not include instructions in web page design or setup.
  • Status Reports. As the Group Reservation information is updated, send a report per rep to an internet page for viewing. Have brochures been received, orders tallied, product shipped?
  • Sales Results.

Tech Support

  • Beginning with WinUltra 3.0, all software includes one full year of unlimited support. Thereafter, you have the option to purchase an annual Maintenance Agreement (10% of total software List Price) or to pay per tech support incident. Maintenance Agreement includes:
    • Unlimited support on all covered software
    • Discounts on updates
    • Always Double Discounts on Forms.
