Turn Around Time

  • Normally 3-5 days.

When Using grid-type order takers

  1. Total item columns on each brochure (total dollars optional, but helpful).
  2. Sellers with more than one brochure - staple together with the grand totals circled on the top brochure.
  3. In multiple product programs, staple brochures for each seller with the brochures always in the same order.
  4. Clearly separate, organize and identify Class/Team groupings.
  5. Phone QDP (optional) to ensure fastest possible turn around.

When using multi-part catalog order forms

  1. Sellers with more than one page - staple together.
  2. Clearly separate, organize and identify class or team groupings.
  3. Phone QDP (optional) to ensure fastest possible turn around.

  • Actual order-takers (best for accuracy)
  • Tally Composite sheets
  • Multi-part Catalog forms
  • Copies of Order-Takers (we suggest you keep copy & send original)
  • Cut-offs (If sending cut-offs, be aware that our accuracy depends upon their careful preparation.  We cannot verify totals on cut-offs.)
