When Using grid-type order takers
- Total item columns on each brochure (total dollars optional, but helpful).
- Sellers with more than one brochure - staple together with the grand totals circled on the top brochure.
- In multiple product programs, staple brochures for each seller with the brochures always in the same order.
- Clearly separate, organize and identify Class/Team groupings.
- Phone QDP (optional) to ensure fastest possible turn around.
When using multi-part catalog order forms
- Sellers with more than one page - staple together.
- Clearly separate, organize and identify class or team groupings.
- Phone QDP (optional) to ensure fastest possible turn around.

- Cut-offs (If sending cut-offs, be aware that our accuracy depends upon their careful preparation. We cannot verify totals on cut-offs.)
