ENTERING MONEY COLLECTED

  1. Choose either By Seller or By Class. You will see a grid with two columns of numbers, Seller Name, Total Due, Collected, Difference, and Turned In.
    1. Ignore the first two columns with numbers. They are for internal use.
    2. The white box below the grid indicates each seller’s class/team.
  2. Use the Up and Down arrow keys, the scroll bar, or the Enter key to find a seller. With the Turned In column highlighted, type in the amount collected.
  3. Press the Enter Key to accept the amount and advance to the next seller in the list. The Collected column will reflect the amount entered and the Difference column will recalculate as well. Each time you enter an amount for a seller, the difference will be recalculated.
  4. If you enter an incorrect amount for a seller, re-enter the amount with a ‘-‘ sign in front of it. This will recalculate the difference.

RETURN PRODUCT/ORDER PRODUCT

If a seller requests more of an item or a customer returns an item and does not want a replacement, you can reflect those changes in the program.

  1. Highlight the Turned In column for that seller. Press the F5 key. A new screen will appear with the items on the brochure listed.
  2. To add an item to the order, type in the quantity next to the item and press the Enter key to accept. The Adj Total Due will reflect the change.
  3. To delete an item from an order, type in the quantity with a ‘-‘ sign in front. This will deduct the amount in the Adj Total Due.
  4. When finished. Click on the Process button to save the changes and exit to the Seller Listing screen. Click Close to return to the Seller Listing screen without saving changes.

ADD SELLER

  1. Select the team from the drop-down box.
  2. Enter the seller’s name (the line below shows how the sellers were previously entered for consistency)
  3. Enter the Total of Order and the Amount Turned In.
  4. Accept the seller.
  5. Enter other sellers, or Cancel to exit.

DELETE SELLER

  1. Select the team the seller is in from the drop-down list.
  2. Select the seller from the drop-down list.
  3. Click Delete to remove the seller from the list.
