UCollect 1.2 in WinUltra 1.2.

Distributor Instructions for UCollect 2.0
Create a UCollect Disk
- After a group has been tallied and reports ran, go to Data | Create UCollect
Disk.
- Select the group and click Open.
- Select the floppy disk drive and click Accept.
- Give disk and the following instruction sheet to the school.
Things to Note:
- Please try a disk out on your own so that you understand how it works and
can explain it to your groups.
- Before giving a disk to a school, make sure that the information is okay on
it. Go to Start | Run and type a:\ucollect and click OK. If there is something
wrong with the disk, create a new one. You do not want to give your group a bad
disk.
- If your group has a problem with a disk, they are to call you first. It
should be easy enough for them, but they are not to call QDP asking for
assistance. You should be familiar enough with the program to answer most
questions. If technical support is required, you may call QDP and give us the
group’s information and we will call them to help.
- Groups (and you) may access the UCollect page on our website at
www.qdpcorp.com/techsupport/ucollect20.htm for assistance. These directions will
be available there as well as a list of common problems as they become
available. The most up-to-date instruction sheet is always available for
download at the site mentioned above. It is in Microsoft Word 2000 format.
